Construction Solutions Las Vegas provided defective product

On March 3, 1992, I signed up for Construction Solutions Las Vegas's premium plan at their Lake Hirammouth, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $874.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carmelo Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
