Billing dispute with Elite Tech Inc

On July 22, 1989, I signed up for Elite Tech Inc's premium plan at their Winonaville, New York location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $999.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stephan J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
