Residence Destinations Windsor Enterprises failed to honor their commitment

On June 15, 2011, I signed up for Residence Destinations Windsor Enterprises's return process at their Fisherborough, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $781.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aditya P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
