I purchased a system from Pinnacle Treasury Trust on April 14, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gilberto L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
