Misleading advertising by Pinnacle Treasury Trust

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6017-YRG-2524 placed with Pinnacle Treasury Trust on August 18, 2011. I paid $521.59 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Liliane N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
