Misleading advertising by Heritage Finance

On January 23, 2019, I signed up for Heritage Finance's upgrade service at their New Damaris, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $130.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Furman C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
