I have been a loyal customer of Pro Builders Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-6556-BSB-8632) on June 15, 2008, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
