Retreat Experiences failed to honor their commitment

On January 28, 2024, I signed up for Retreat Experiences's warranty service at their Lake Ryleighside, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $93.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Yadira P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
