I want to report a serious concern with Allied Savings Holdings International's equipment that I purchased on March 17, 1971 from your South Nyah, North Dakota store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Heidi K., but my issue remains unresolved.
