Quality issues with Allied Savings Holdings International product

On February 23, 1996, I signed up for Allied Savings Holdings International's customer support at their Rossport, Washington location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $740.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wiley N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
