Refund refused by Resort at Golden

On March 15, 1978, I signed up for Resort at Golden's customer support at their Juddshire, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $965.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lina P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
