Unresolved issue with Elite Renovations Holdings product

On June 1, 1985, I signed up for Elite Renovations Holdings's return process at their North Keshawnland, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $150.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alex V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
