On September 14, 1979, I signed up for Advanced Properties Specialists's warranty service at their Bryceland, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $616.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Santa I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
