Contractors Group Group refused to address issue

I purchased a tool from Contractors Group Group on October 5, 1981. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hugh B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
