I have been a loyal customer of Contractors Group Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3587-UIG-3040) on February 13, 2006, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
