On August 14, 1976, I signed up for Contractors Group Group's installation service at their Port Lewisfort, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $405.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Filomena B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
