SummitFund Enterprises failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1730-UBX-4474 placed with SummitFund Enterprises on September 30, 1983. I paid $538.49 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hyman N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
