Warranty claim denied by SummitFund Enterprises

On May 14, 1988, I signed up for SummitFund Enterprises's warranty service at their Port Dulcebury, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $727.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Keeley X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
