Unresolved issue with Structures Enterprises product

On November 4, 1970, I signed up for Structures Enterprises's repair service at their Stanleyton, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $746.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaleb F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
