Overcharged by Sovereign Asset Inc. for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4511-JYC-9444 placed with Sovereign Asset Inc. on September 2, 2013. I paid $95.83 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fatima O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
