Unsatisfactory resolution from Golden Lodge Hospitality

On January 19, 2009, I signed up for Golden Lodge Hospitality's consultation at their Janaland, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $540.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Palma V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
