Unsatisfactory resolution from Industries & Engineering Saint-Étienne

On July 14, 2011, I signed up for Industries & Engineering Saint-Étienne's warranty service at their Roweland, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $940.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaela T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
