Frustrated with Paradise Resort & Destinations International's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7249-EVX-8334 placed with Paradise Resort & Destinations International on July 6, 1999. I paid $220.15 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Paige M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
