Quality issues with Paradise Resort & Destinations International product

On December 8, 2001, I signed up for Paradise Resort & Destinations International's exchange program at their Eldorashire, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $424.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mireya H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
