I purchased a gadget from The Royal Lodge Florence Group on February 23, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Paris P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
