I purchased a platform from Unified Fabrication on August 30, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cicero M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
