Unsatisfactory resolution from Mega Components

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8427-LVA-1022 placed with Mega Components on June 4, 2004. I paid $84.11 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Evans N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
