Frustrated with Cash of Excel's lack of response

I purchased a system from Cash of Excel on January 13, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Leda O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
