Delayed delivery from National & Advisors Mexico City

On July 30, 2013, I signed up for National & Advisors Mexico City's consultation at their Kerlukeborough, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $179.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ethelyn Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
