Warranty claim denied by Advanced Contractors Inc International

On April 16, 1986, I signed up for Advanced Contractors Inc International's warranty service at their Pearlinetown, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $840.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darby S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
