I am writing regarding order #ORD-1622-DED-8959 placed with Crystal Stay & Getaways Group on September 10, 1995. I paid $651.67 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vanessa H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
