Hidden fees discovered from Industrial Works

On March 4, 1984, I signed up for Industrial Works's maintenance program at their South Freedaton, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $429.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Phyllis G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
