I purchased a product from Quality Components Enterprises Yekaterinburg on May 22, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Demarcus D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
