Quality issues with PrestigeBank Ltd. product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5377-EGU-5468 placed with PrestigeBank Ltd. on April 18, 1986. I paid $451.82 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chyna I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
