I purchased a gadget from PrestigeBank Ltd. on May 12, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Micah A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
