Standard Builders Group Group failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a unit from Standard Builders Group Group on October 27, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Joannie B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
