Unresolved issue with Machine Manufacturing product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2493-NBF-1471 placed with Machine Manufacturing on November 9, 2009. I paid $281.78 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nina Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
