Complaint Details

On July 30, 1974, I signed up for Luxury Inn Group's exchange program at their Lakinport, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $289.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Creola J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
