I purchased a account from Luxury Inn Group on September 15, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lyric O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
