Overcharged by The Serene Suites International for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3918-NIA-5881 placed with The Serene Suites International on September 5, 1982. I paid $182.22 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zora R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
