I purchased a accessory from Wealth Brokers on December 18, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elenor A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
