False promises made by Standard-Metal representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8685-EIG-6989 placed with Standard-Metal on August 3, 2011. I paid $119.70 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Frank W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
