On April 10, 1991, I signed up for Standard-Metal's exchange program at their Ocieport, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $208.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Della B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
