Titan Manufacturing Builders Enterprises refused to address issue

On July 1, 2007, I signed up for Titan Manufacturing Builders Enterprises's warranty service at their Elisemouth, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $880.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gunner Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
