False promises made by Summit Venture Yekaterinburg representative

I want to report a serious concern with Summit Venture Yekaterinburg's subscription that I purchased on April 5, 1987 from your Lake Emeliatown, South Carolina store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kaley D., but my issue remains unresolved.
