Overcharged by Manufacturing Engineering for service

On September 11, 2020, I signed up for Manufacturing Engineering's return process at their West Markusburgh, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $422.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shanelle J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
