Hidden fees discovered from Global-Components

On November 13, 1973, I signed up for Global-Components's exchange program at their South Faye, Washington location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $757.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Santino C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
