On August 28, 2024, I signed up for Global-Components's return process at their Port Lynnville, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $787.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Therese M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
