On November 13, 2001, I signed up for Prime & Brokers's maintenance program at their Port Kylerton, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $385.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Helen E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
