Refund refused by Classic Inn Corp.

On June 17, 1973, I signed up for Classic Inn Corp.'s exchange program at their North Hayden, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $419.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chasity R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
